Privacy policy

Who we are

This website is run by PartnPit. You can contact us at info@partnpit.com.

What we collect

This site collects very little. If you email us, we receive your email address and whatever you put in your message. Our hosting provider may also automatically log technical data, such as your IP address and browser type, to deliver and secure the site.

The site loads fonts from Google Fonts. When you visit a page, your browser requests those fonts from Google, which means Google receives your IP address. Google’s own privacy policy explains how it handles that data.

When our comparison service launches, we’ll update this policy to cover the extra information it needs.

Why we use it

To reply to your enquiry and to keep the site secure and working. Our lawful basis is legitimate interests: running the business and answering people who contact us.

Who we share it with

Service providers who process data on our behalf, such as our website host and email provider. We don’t sell your personal data.

Cookies

This site doesn’t currently use cookies or analytics. If that changes, we’ll add a consent banner and update this policy. Other sites you may visit from here, such as retailers, set their own cookies once you’re on them.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry emails for as long as needed to deal with your message and for a reasonable period afterwards, then delete them.

Your rights

Under UK data protection law you can ask to see, correct or delete your data, or object to how it’s used. To do so, email us. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
